Terms of Service

Last updated: June 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hisab accounting and remittance application and related websites and services (the “Service”), provided by Hisab (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Your company’s administrator is responsible for managing user access and for the activity of users under your account.

The Service

Hisab provides software that helps exchange and remittance businesses manage clients, accounts, transactions, statements, reports, and audit records. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

The Service is offered on a per-company subscription basis under the plans described on our website. Fees are billed in advance for the chosen period and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it except as permitted by law, or using it to violate any applicable law or regulation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations applicable to your business, including anti-money-laundering, financial, tax, and licensing requirements.

Your data and ownership

You retain all rights to the data you and your users enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide and support the Service.

You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of the data you store and for obtaining any consents required from the individuals whose information you process.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Hisab and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet every regulatory requirement applicable to your business.

Hisab is a software tool and does not provide accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and regulatory compliance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hisab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Palestine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located there.
